    Our process

One team handles everything, from start to finish.

The same team diagnoses the damp, repairs it and redecorates, so you deal with one company from the first survey to the finished property.

    01

    Leak detection & damp diagnosis

We survey the property with thermal imaging, acoustic sensors, tracer gas and 3D scanning, so we can locate a leak or the source of damp, usually without opening up walls. You get our findings in writing, with an itemised quotation for the repair.

    • Survey the property and take readings
    • Send you a written report and itemised quotation
Moisture meter and thermal reading taken on a damp wall
Thermal camera tracing a leak along a passage beside a block
Acoustic leak detector in use beside an open inspection chamber

    02

    Damp proofing

Our own team removes the damp and damaged render, injects a damp-proof barrier into the wall and fixes a waterproof membrane over it. The wall is dry-lined the same day, so we do not wait weeks for it to dry out.

    • Remove the damp and damaged render
    • Inject a damp-proof barrier into the wall
    • Fix a waterproof membrane and dry-line the wall

    Restoration & redecoration

We tape and joint the boards, which are ready to decorate 30 minutes after the repair. We then decorate, refit the skirting boards and joinery, and hand the property back ready to use.

    • Tape and joint the boards
    • Decorate the property
    • Hand the property back
